RFID Tire Patch Tag is a patch-type UHF RFID tag designed for adhesive mounting on rubber surfaces. It uses the R6-P IC, supports EPC Class 1 Gen 2 / ISO18000-6C, operates at 865–868 MHz or 902–928 MHz, and provides read/write functionality. With IP67 protection, it is suitable for tire identification, rubber asset tracking, inventory and fleet management.
A RFID Tire Patch Tag is a patch-type UHF RFID tag designed for use on rubber surfaces. It provides a unique electronic identity for tires, rubber products and related assets, allowing them to be identified, counted and tracked using UHF RFID readers.
The term “patch” refers to its flat, adhesive-backed form factor. The tag is applied directly to the rubber surface, making it a practical solution for aftermarket tire identification, warehouse inventory and fleet management. It does not require embedding into the tire structure.
Unlike barcode labels, UHF RFID does not require line of sight. The tag can be read at a distance, and it supports read/write data operations. This makes it useful for applications where tires need faster identification, better inventory accuracy and digital record keeping.
This model uses a rubber construction and patch-type adhesive mounting. It is suitable for surfaces such as rubber. It is not specified for high-temperature vulcanization embedding. For embedded high-temperature tire tags, a different product version should be selected.
