WE SUPPORT RFID TAG OEM SERVICE
RFIDHY’s Monza 4 UHF inlay is designed for tagging wooden furniture, plastic items, and other non-metal objects. This thin, soft and flexible inlay is widely used for asset tracking and management.
The Monza 4 UHF inlay is not only easy to print, but can also be encoded on-site with standard RFID printers. It delivers excellent read performance of more than 3 meters on non-metal surfaces. The inlay features traceable, secure TID serialization and is available in both ETSI (Europe) and FCC (the Americas and Asia) frequency bands.
Built on RFIDHY’s design and manufacturing expertise, this thin non-metal inlay protects the print heads of RFID printers while ensuring optimum converting properties and usability. It is delivered in dry or wet format as a single-row reel of 5,000 units, with reliable adhesion for demanding surfaces. A clean gap between inlays makes it user-friendly, suitable for automated applicators, and minimizes waste at the point of use.
Tight quality control compliant with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 ensures a reliable and sustainable product that meets a variety of application requirements.
Powered by the Impinj Monza4 chip, this inlay builds on the trusted Monza chip family. Technicians regard it as one of the most reliable, consistent and flexible chips available. The Monza 4 family offers a variety of models to suit diverse applications, including unique RFID privacy, tag orientation insensitivity, and competitive, consistent read/write performance. The chip also optimizes memory options for use in manufacturing and supply chain industries.
